You probably spend countless hours trying to make your SaaS stack better. All great companies like Slack, Mailchimp, Trello, Buffer and so on have similar stacks. They are optimized and scaled to millions of users. And guess why? Because they are solving problems for customers.

It’s ok to obsess over what is the best stack for your SaaS. It means you really care about what you do and how you want you do it. But here is the thing — focus on the user.

Customer support is the most important thing. You want to fulfill customers’ needs as quickly as possible by providing a great support.

It is better to focus on your users first.

Improving your stack can be good as long as you don’t have to pay for it or take a lot of time. Think about your growth. How quickly your SaaS grows depends on a few things:
